General

Barley grass belongs to the family of dark-green leafy vegetables. It is characterized by a balanced combination of valuable ingredients.

Origin

SANOS organic barley grass is grown by organic Bioland farmers in the Lake Constance region. The cultivation takes place exclusively outdoors.

Harvesting and Processing

The grasses are harvested shortly before they sprout, at the peak of their nutritional and energy content. This is when the plant is richest in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, chlorophyll, etc. The leaves are cut in an automatic process and then dried in a low temperature drier at a temperature of 38° C (max.). Afterwards, the barley grass is further processed to powder and tablets.

Certification

From the seeds to the packaging of the product, certification is according to EU-eco-regulation 834/2007 and 889/2008. We are certified by ABCERT.

Ingredients

Tablets: 99 % barley grass powder, 1 % silicon dioxide

Recommended daily-intake

3 x 3-5 tablets daily. The intake can be changed individually, as required.
