General:

Spelt grass belongs to the family of dark-green leafy vegetables. It is characterized by a balanced combination of valuable ingredients.

Origin:

SANOS organic spelt grass is grown by organic Bioland farmers in the Lake Constance region. The cultivation takes place exclusively outdoors.

Harvesting and processing:

The grasses are harvested shortly before they sprout, at the peak of their nutritional and energy content. This is when the plant is richest in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, chlorophyll, etc. The leaves are cut in an automatic process and then dried in a low temperature drier at a temperature of 38° C (max.). Afterwards, the spelt grass is further processed to powder and tablets.

Certification:

From the seeds to the packaging of the product, certification is according to EU-eco-regulation 834/2007 and 889/2008. We are certified by ABCERT.

Ingredients:

Tablets: 99 % spelt grass, 1.0 % silicon dioxide

Recommended daily intake:

3 x 3-5 tablets daily before or between meals with water or fruit juice. The intake can be changed individually, as required.

Intake recommendation:

Stir 1 teaspoon 2 - 3 times daily into  water or fruit juice and drink or sprinkle over the food. The intake can be changed individually, as required. Prepared drinks with organic spelt grass powder should be consumed soon. Like all raw food products infants less than one year should not consume drinks with grass powder.
